EUROSHOP 2023 - it's behind us

Euroshop fair is definitely one of the most important events of the retail industry in the world. Here, every three years, the directions of development, for the broadly understood trade industry, are presented and confronted. ES SYSTEM K once again took part in this event, this time on February 26 – March 2, 2023.

This year's fair in Dusseldorf was visited by over 81,000 visitors from 141 countries. Many of them stopped in Hall 17, dedicated to refrigeration, to learn about the innovations developed by ES SYSTEM K.

The exhibits prepared by Wolbrom specialists were presented in 3 main zones: Supermarket, Convenience Store and Cafe zone. The conventional arrangement of the stores allowed us to better understand the functionality of these solutions.

The future of trade

The pandemic was a time when new technologies in trade were of key importance. Digitization of shopping processes took place and online shopping became our everyday reality. Orientation in changing market trends and consumer behavior is surely what makes us unique. This time, ES SYSTEM K focused on an innovation, which is the future of trade #anywhere commerce, in short a-commerce. The a-commerce trend refers to the ubiquitous availability and the possibility of buying products at any time. As part of the commercial refrigeration industry, we have tried to offer solutions that follow these trends of multi-channel purchases (stationary, online and through click & collect).

During the Euroshop fair, we had presented solutions that fit into the a-commerce trend:

Coolbox
e-grocery enabler, i.e. equipment that enables and drives e-sales of fresh assortment 24h/7.

Lampo
a refrigeration cabinet that fits on a europallet and is suitable for easy self-assembly. Therefore, transport is much more economical. (40'HC container holds 35 more cabinets [i.e. 3x more than before]).

Smart Shop Control
a system for remote management of equipment parameters in the store. Facility owners, store staff and service technicians can remotely monitor the work of the equipment at any time.

INSÙ Gelato
the most modern ice cream display cabinet on the market, for spectacular ice cream display -  device developed in climate class 4 (possible in and out-door sale).
